Charlene started working with Ann Novosel in 2014. She has more than 18 years of experience working in Financial Planners’ offices as a go-to person for client services. In her role, client services include answering phones or e-mails, assisting with all paperwork, and helping with placing and tracking trades. She looks forward to getting to know you and helping you pursue your financial goals.
She was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington, and moved to the Seattle area when she started her college studies at the University of Washington. There she earned her bachelor’s degree and met her husband of 15 years. They have two beautiful daughters and one "keeps-us-on-our-toes" son.
